Dear Nurse Ansalong:
I think I'm a sinner and I just think I need help.
-A Sinner

Sinner, to be honest with you, we are all sinners in our own way. If you were to go by the straight Biblical idea, if you eat something after you are full, then you are guilty of the sin of glutony. We all do things in our lives that we regret or can be looked on as a sin. What matters is what we do after the sin. Do you repeat that action or do you learn from what you did and try to do something helpful to make up for it? I don't want to sound like I'm trying to preach any religion, but if everyone tried to change and work towards helping not hurting each other, then the world would be a much better place. If you have any questions of a more religious aspect, you should probably go to the local representatives of the religion that you practice and talk with them about your problems.
