Dear Phro-Zak, This is one of those universal problems that many of us have in our lives. The answers to this problem are not easy, and both sides need to be equally ready to listen. Since you didn't tell me any specific reasons, I'll speak in general for now. First, try and talk to your family and discuss what your problems are. If you can't talk to an immediate family member, try an aunt or uncle for help. There are usually people outside of your family ready to talk and help, from school counsellors to people that you can reach for advice over the phone. Just remember, give your family a chance before you push them away. Sometimes all people need is to sit down and talk.
