Me, if this happens, then I would tell you to email whoever runs the site and see if they will answer your questions. If they are unwilling to give you an answer, then there is the strong possibility that they took the picture without giving or worrying about the credit. If there is a picture that you see all over the web, then there is one thing you might want to try - look around for a different one. There are many Rocky sites around the web that have pictures, some with very rare pictures. Your site would look more interesting if you have these different pictures, not the same old ones that everyone else seems to have. So, take a look around and see what you can find.
