9, if you really love her, then I would tell you to keep trying. If you haven't yet, try asking her out. It won't hurt to try and, if she turns you down, then you know that she really isn't interested. If a date is too strong, then invite her to go out somewhere for the two of you to talk. You could try taking her out to coffee or somewhere like that. Basically, this is time for the two of you to be together to talk. I'll also warn you to be prepared if she doesn't feel the same way towards you. You can't force someone to fall in love with you, no matter how hard you try. If she isn't interested in you, you might have to go back out and find someone new.
