I've seen online thousands of times that the Seven Dwarves are in Rocky Horror, but I can't find the scene. I was just curious as to what scene it was.

Wondering, I'm sorry to disapoint the Disney fans reading this, but the Seven Dwarves do not make an appearance in Rocky. The scene in question is for the song "Over At The Frankenstein Place". If you look around the grounds surrounding the house, there are what appears to be dwarves standing around. Because of the dark conditions, they don't look like they actually do so people have decided, for many different reasons, that they are the Seven Dwarves. It was later found out that they were only English Garden Gnomes. So there aren't any dwarves in the film, unless you count Sadie Corre.
