Blocker, the situation that you are in could turn into a very bad one depending on how people would react to the things that you have been telling the others involved. Since you are on such personal terms with all of the parties involved, there could be repercucions that will be painful for all of you. This is definately a situation that I would recommend to be handled with a delicate touch.

I would seriously advise against doing anything directly to shift the situation. If you just go up to your friends and tell them that they seem like a good couple and should get together, that would be okay. But if you were to do anything that looked like you were going behind someone's back to turn the situation to any angle would definately be looked on as bad.

For right now, I would say that you should just do what you've been doing. Don't try to forcibly change the situation. Just tell your friends what you think that you are seeing and let them react to it and do what they want. That way you can try to move the people that should be a couple closer together and not wind up being caught in the middle of the bad situation that could come about from that coupling.
