Dear Nurse Ansalong:
My little sister won't leave me alone. She tags along with everything I do (Except RHPS, which might be why I enjoy it so much). She has taken the same classes at school, done all the same sports, and been a royal pain in the process. My parents just say, "Oh it's just cuz she looks up to you. Set a good example." It makes me want to throw up! How do I get her off my back without punching her lights out? And please don't tell me to talk to her... It's like talking to a piece of Playdoh.
-Annoyed

Annoyed, there are somethings in life that we are stuck with. Things like death, taxes, and the fact that there is always a run in your fishnets when you're in a hurry are just a fact of life. So is your little sister. Growing up, she probably saw all of the fun that you had doing what you did and decided that she wanted to have as much fun as you did. Depending on how old she is, she might start to grow out of it. The more she sees of the world around her, the more she might become interested in other things. What you will probably have to do is wait. It might take a little time, but she will start to find her own interests. If she bothers you that much, then you might want to spend time away from her. Go out with your friends, have fun and don't worry about your sister. The older she gets, the more she'll become her "own" person. And, please promise me you won't hit her. I don't want to have to come over to your house and bandage her up.
