Desperately, there seems to be only two ways to get any music by Tim - either find it in a used music shop or talk to a collector and get him/her to record the albums for you. Since A&M has let all of his albums go out of print, the only way to get any of them will be to do some work. Two sites that you should definately check out are The Complete Tim Curry and The Tim Curry Mailing List. Both of these sites can give you a list of all of the available music that's out there and, in the case of the mailing list, a way to contact fans to see if they'd be willing to record some of it for you.
