Dear Nurse Ansalong:
I'm a ROCKY HORROR virgin and I'm going to see the movie in a few weeks. What should I expect?
-Skye Lance

Skye, you should expect to have a good time! : )

But seriously... since every cast puts on a slightly different show than all of the others, I can't totally guarentee what you'll see and experience when you check out the show at your local cinema. You can expect the normal things, like virgin sacrifices, a lot of yelling and screaming both before, during, and after the film, and probably a live cast of some kind, but that's about all I can say for sure. You could always try checking out the cast's web site, if they have one, to see if there are any pictures to show you what the show is like. Also, if you have any friends that have been to see the show, you could always ask them to tell you about the show.

With all of this preparation, there is one thing that you need to remember - everyone is there to have fun. The cast is not out to make you look like an idiot (unless you've given them a reason to want to embarass you). They are there to entertain the audience and put on the most fun show possible. Whatever happens, just try to have a little fun and I'm sure that your experience will be fine...

One more thing... if, following the show, the cast asks for donations, you might want to try to give it to a certain sequined tap dancer. You never know... you might be giving it to me... ; )
