Dear Nurse Ansalong:
I am a huge Columbia fan, and I was just wondering if Little Nell being in the RHPS and ST meant anything? Does her being in both movies symbolize that she didn't die, or does it not mean anything significant, just that Little Nell wanted to be in ST?

Columbia, to be honest with you, I don't think there is anything significant in that Nell played both Columbia and Nurse A. From the way that it sounds like ST was cast and the actual cast that appears on screen, it seems like the people in charge of casting were trying to get as many of the original RHPS performers involved as possible. The casting directors even reportedly tried to get Barry Bostwick and Susan Sarandon back, but couldn't for differing reasons. While there are many different ideas and plots swirling around trying to connect RHPS and ST, I don't believe the casting of ST is meant to push any of these ideas forward.
