Jaz, Columbia is not a Transylvanian. In her solo during "Time Warp", she mentions that she was "walking down the street" when she got picked up by a guy with "a pick-up truck and the Devil's eye". Even though she tries to dress and act the part, Columbia is actually a regular human being like all of us.
