Unknown, all that I've ever seen online is the script for ROTOQ without any music and I haven't heard of anyone with the sheet music. With all of the problems that have always followed the posting of the script on the web, I'm not even sure if the sheet music has ever appeared or even actually exists. It has always been said that the reason why the script is continually pulled down is because it was never finished, so it's possible that the music is in just as an incomplete state. If you're still interested in this, you might want to try to dig around to see if there's anything available, but I wouldn't plan on your hopes being answered.
