Starlet, while every character is great in their own way, my favorite character is Columbia. I guess I'm kind of biased in this, but her personality is so fun to perform, that I just enjoy her all the time. Also, the fact that she's one of the first characters to stand up to Frank and call him out for what he's done is something to be proud of. A distant second would be Magenta. While everyone else goes through rapid mood sings, she gets to spend the entire movie as the calm one. I love all the characters in RHPS, but I have a special place in my heart for Columbia and her sequined top hat and tails coat... : )
