Dear Nurse Ansalong:
I drink like 5 cans of coke a day and TONS of sweet tea. I tried to stop drinking caffeine for all of 5 hours and I got this REALLY AWFUL MIGRAINE. I'm afraid that drinking all this caffeine is having a really negative affect on me, but I don't feel like have a migraine every freakin day. Any suggestions? Anything like that patch for caffeine addicts?

Phreak, there aren't any "Caffeine Patches", but you should definately try to ease up on your caffeine intake. Excessive amounts of caffeine have been liked to stomach problems and it can also increase your heartbeat in a bad way. If you get migranes when you just stop, then you might want to try to ease down slowly. Decrease your caffeine slowly over time, drinking just enough to keep the headaches away. This way, you'll be easing your body back to a normal level without causing it any undue stress. It'll take some time, but, if you stick to the schedule, you should hopefuly have your problem in hand very soon.
