Amber, there is never any guarantee that a performer will respond to a letter from a fan. Depending on the person, it could go through a fan club set-up, like the RHPS performers, or through the person's agent. If you really are looking for a response, I'd say to try the agent route. If he's not popular, then it might be more difficult to find out who represents him. Try checking the fan sites to see if there's a person with the agent's name and address. This is no guarentee that he'll get it, but it's worth a try.
