I like this guy, but we are pretty good friends. I'd love to ask him out, but I'm scared as hell to do it. I don't know how he'll react! Hopeless, next to my Columbia audition, the hardest thing that I've ever had to do is ask a guy out. However, over the years, I've found ways to make it easier. First, try to ask him to go out with you without going through the big "DATE" idea. If you need to go out and run errands for a day, ask him to come along. This way, thde two of you get to go out, but there isn't as much stress. Also, try to ease into the question. Don't just walk right up to him and ask him out. Doing that couldmake the both of you so nervous that you won't know what to do. It'll be difficult, but if you do it with honesty and feelings, I think he'll understand.
