I really like this guy I work with, we have a lot in common, and I think he likes me at least as a friend. But, I want to be more. The problem is this: I'm 16 and never been on a date, never been kissed, never even held hands with a guy... I'm scared to death to make the first move because I don't know how its done! What should I do????

Dirty, by being his friend, you've already made what could be a first move. The two of you are already talking and know a little about each other. To get closer, you might want to try to get him to do simple things with you. The next time you have to go to the mall to buy some clothes, invite him along. This way, you're in a social place and spending time together. This will also help in getting you to be comfortable around him and see what his feeling are for you. Let the relationship build up and he could start showing his true feelings towards you.
