Biggest Fan, there has never been, to my knowledge, a stage version of SHOCK TREATMENT. It was written for the movie screen, not for the stage. I'm sure that, if you put a little work into it, you could make it into a stage musical. Just be sure to get the rights before you start selling tickets, or the show might be over faster than you'd like it to.
