Dear Nurse Ansalong:
I recently saw Rocky at the theater, and during "Superheroes", I swear that I saw this (and my Rocky mentor didn't!). Is it just me, or is half of Janet's face burnt off? I could swear that I saw a huge burn scar on her face when she was crawling towards Brad. Am I the only one that's seen this? It's really bugging me that I don't know for sure.

Fleck, I'm sorry to disappoint you, but what you saw isn't a burn or a scar. I believe that it's a combination of her now messy Floor Show make-up, dirt from the ground, and possibly soot from the ship's/castle's engines. While it does look like half of her face is damaged, it's actually not. One of my favorite AP Lines is from this part of the film. As Janet site up and prepares to sing, I always say, "Apearing for one night only... Susan Sarandon in CATS!" : )
